Caldwell Public Library Foundation

“The Caldwell Public Library’s mission is to provide our diverse community with a wide array of literary, cultural, historical, educational and social resources through personal service and innovative programs utilizing a range of learning technologies in a welcoming environment.
An initiative of the Caldwell Public Library Board of Trustees, the Caldwell Public Library Foundation was founded as a support organization for the betterment of the Caldwell Public Library (CPL). In May of 2008 the Caldwell Public Library Foundation received 501(c)3 status with the immediate goals of:
- Raising funds for the exclusive benefit of the Caldwell Public Library
- Supporting the literacy priorities of the entire “community”
- Building “social capital” among our residents through reading, literacy, and presenting and sharing ideas of concern to the community
Since its inception, the Foundation has enabled our library to:
Obtain three National Endowment of the Arts Big Read grants, host several library events, fund the custom library cards for children, purchase a scanner to enable reprints of photos from the Collerd Collection, and fund the recent website upgrade.
Help us make the Caldwell Public Library even better!
Please consider a tax-deductible gift to the Caldwell Public Library Foundation to allow our library to fill our shelves with excellent materials, access technology to help our users, and reach out to our citizens through special programs. Your donation ensures that the library will continue to make a difference. All proceeds go directly to the Caldwell Public Library programs and services.
