kids1weetime1We in the Children’s Room at the Caldwell Public Library love books and we love kids,
but most of all we love kids with books. We look forward to sharing our love of books with you and your child.

We offer 4 different story time programs, each for a particular age group. Some are for the child and their caregiver while others are only for children.  All are designed to help get your child ready to read. as we teach the love of reading.

In an effort to make the library a warm and inviting place we do have some simple guidelines that will make story time more enjoyable for all.
- Please put away all puzzles and books  when story time begins.
- Please turn off or mute cell phones during story time.
- Please enjoy story time with your child, they enjoy story time so much more when you are actively involved.
- Please socialize with friends, young and older, before and after story time. – HAVE FUN, they really do grow up fast!
