The Landsberger Holocaust Collection

In 2016 the Caldwell Public Library received an endowment from the estate of the late Kurt Landsberger (1920-2014) to establish and maintain a Holocaust Collection. Mr. Landsberger was a resident of Verona, NJ and regularly contributed to the Verona Cedar Grove Times with a weekly column. He was born in Prague and immigrated to the United States in 1939. The Landsberger Holocaust Collection is located in the nonfiction section and includes DVDs, audiobooks, nonfiction and fiction adult, teen and children's books on the topic of the Holocaust ranging from scholarly texts to picture books.
